Simple terms, no surprises.

By creating a MikroPilot account or using the MikroPilot app, you agree to these terms.

MikroPilot provides a mobile application for managing MikroTik routers, generating hotspot vouchers, and running hotspot businesses.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when registering. One account per person or business entity.

MikroPilot is offered on a subscription basis — either 6 months or 1 year. Payments are due at the start of each billing period. Your subscription gives you access to the features listed under your chosen plan.

We do not offer refunds once a subscription period has started. Please review the plan features carefully before purchasing.

You may upgrade your plan at any time during an active subscription period. Upgrades take effect immediately.

Downgrading to a lower plan is not permitted mid-subscription. If you wish to move to a lower plan, you may do so only at the time of renewal — that is, when purchasing your next subscription period after your current one expires.

You agree to use MikroPilot only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to facilitate illegal activity
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer or tamper with the app or API
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without authorization

We aim to keep MikroPilot running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will communicate planned downtime where possible.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also cancel your account at any time by contacting us directly.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of MikroPilot after changes means you accept the updated terms.
